Ube Horchata

¼ cup Rice
1.50 cups Water
1 cinnamon stick
1
Combine all ingredients and let soak overnight
- Remove cinnamon sticks and blend. Strain with mesh cloth.
- Add: 1/2 cans evaporated milk
- 1/4 can ube sweentened condensed milk (save in airtight container)
- 2 tablespoon ube halaya
- 1 cup 2% milk
- 1/4 oz vanilla
