Ube Horchata

 ¼ cup Rice
 1.50 cups Water
 1 cinnamon stick
1

Combine all ingredients and let soak overnight

  • Remove cinnamon sticks and blend. Strain with mesh cloth. 
  • Add: 1/2 cans evaporated milk 
  • 1/4 can ube sweentened condensed milk (save in airtight container)
  •  2 tablespoon ube halaya
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  •  1/4 oz vanilla
