Strawberry Rhubarb Flaming Fruit

River Pilot Vodka
Ingredients
2 cups cleaned and sliced strawberries
2 cups cleaned and sliced rhubarb
4 tbsp butter
¾ cup sugar
⅓ cup River Pilot Vodka
Directions

Stir the strawberries and rhubarb together with the sugar. In a skillet melt the butter and stir in the strawberry mixture. AND flambe the mixture with Pilot. Serve over cake or ice cream...or Both!
