Pride Of The Wapsi Strawberry Vodka
Ingredients
1.50 oz Pride Of The Wapsi Strawberry Vodka
1 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup (see below)
1 oz lemon
Club soda
ice
TO MAKE THE VANILLA SIMPLE SYRUP

Combine one cup of sugar with one cup of water and one vanilla bean (or vanilla paste)

Bring briefly to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let cool.

Store in the refrigerator.

In a tall glass, pour 1.5 ounces of Pride of the Wapsi Strawberry Vodka

Add the vanilla simple syrup.

Squeeze the juice of one full lemon into the glass.

Add ice and top with club soda.

Garnish with a lemon slice.
