Add Ginger Simple Syrup, River Pilot Vodka and Apple Cider to a shaker with ice.
Shake and Pour into a rocks glass filled with Ice.

Ginger Simple Syrup recipe
1c. Water
7 quarter size chunks of fresh peeled ginger
Add a pinch of cinnamon
Heat ingredients in a sauce pan just long enough to dissolve- do not let boil.
For a cool look, pour your Ginger Simple Syrup in a MRDC seasonal bottle and store in the refrigerator.
