Ingredients
1 ½ oz River Pilot Vodka
½ oz fresh lime juice
3 oz cranberry/blueberry juice
¾ oz peppercorn hibiscus simple syrup (see below)
3 drops rhubarb bitters
Directions

Shake with ice.
Pour into Collins glass.
Drop 3 blueberries on top for garnish
To make Peppercorn / Hibiscus syrup:

1 Tablespoon whole black peppercorns

1 Tablespoon hibiscus leaves

Heat and simmer for 30 min

Let cool and strain
