Ingredients
1 ½ oz River Pilot Vodka
1 oz cranberry juice
½ oz Aperol
½ oz rosemary/cinnamon simple syrup
¼ oz fresh lemon juice
Soda water
Directions

Mix vodka, cranberry, Aperol, syrup and lemon in collins glass.
Add ice.
Top with soda and stir.
To make simple syrup

In a saucepan mix 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 3 sprigs rosemary, and 1 cinnamon stick.

Simmer over medium heat.

Cool and remove cinnamon and rosemary. Keep in refrigerator.
