Peaches Flambé

Big Peach Liqueur
Ingredients
4 large fresh peaches or 1 large can of peaches sliced
1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp melted butter
¼ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit
⅓ cup Big Peach Liqueur
Directions

In a large skillet melt the butter and add the brown sugar.

Stir over medium heat until the sugar is melted.

Add the peach slices and sauté until the peaches a warm through.

Mix the two liquors in a cup and pour it over the peaches.

Swirl the pan or ignite the liquor if you want to flambé it.

If you want to keep the alcohol in the sauce do not flame it.

Great on ice cream or pound cake.
