Iowish Whiskey
Ingredients
2 oz peanut butter washed Iowish Whiskey (see below)
½ oz blackberry base (see below)
¼ oz Iowish Cream Liqueur
¼ oz sweetened condensed milk
½ oz simple syrup

Shake all ingredients over ice.

Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
To make peanut butter washed Iowish Whiskey:

Cover the inside of a container with peanut butter.

Fill with whiskey and let sit for two days.

Strain and bottle.
To make blackberry base:

Place 4 cups of frozen blackberries in blender with the zest of 2 oranges and 2 cups of water.

Blend, then strain through a colander.
