Ingredients
1.50 oz River Rose Gin
3 oz lemonade
0.50 oz Allspice/Cinnamon Simple Syrup (see below)
0.50 oz Grenadine
2 dashes cinnamon bitters
Top with Club Soda.
Directions

Shake and pour in a collins glass over ice. Top with club soda.

Garnish with a lemon slice folded around a cherry.
For simple syrup

Bring 1 cup sugar, 1 cups water, 1/4tsp Allspice and 1/4tsp Cinnamon to a soft boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.

Let cool and refrigerate in a sealed container.

1 cup sugar

1 cup pomegranate juice (unsweetened)

1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon

2 drops orange flower water

Heat pomegranante until bubbles begin to form around edges of the pan. Reduce heat and let heat for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.

Remove from heat.

Stir in lemon juice and orange flower and let cool.
