Ingredients
1.50 oz River Rose Gin
3 oz carrot, curry base
¾ oz fresh orange juice
¾ oz ginger simple syrup
shake, pour into collins with fresh ice
Directions
To make carrott, curry base

Juice carrots. Must be fresh carrot not bottled. 2c juice to 1 tsp curry paste
To make ginger simple syrup

4 oz fresh ginger root (1 pieces, about 10 inches long), 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water.

Peel the ginger root with a vegetable peeler, and cut into thin rounds.

Bring the sugar and water to a boil over medium high heat.

Add the sliced ginger and bring the mixture back up to a simmer.

Remove from heat and allow to steep for at least 30 minutes.

Strain syrup through fine mesh. Discard ginger.
