2 pinches Cody Road Rye
1 oz apple cider
1 oz vanilla fig base
½ oz grenadine
½ oz lemon
pineapple juice to top
club soda to top

pour cocktail and ice in large rock

top with pineapple juice and club soda

To make the vanilla/fig base: 2 c water, 1 c figs, 1 tablespoon vanilla. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, muddle figs, return to heat and let simmer to thicken.
