½ oz River Pilot Vodka
½ oz Cointreau
1 oz pineapple juice
3 oz Champagne
2 pieces fresh pineapple
maraschino cherry for garnish

Muddle the pineapple pieces with Cointreau in a shaker glass.

Add ice to shaker.

Add the vodka and pineapple juice.

Strain and pour into serving glass.
