Ingredients
2 oz dandelion infused River Pilot Vodka (see below)
½ oz hibiscus syrup
½ oz lemon
½ oz egg white

Combine pilot and egg in shaker and shake for 10 sec.

Add lemon and ice. Shake to mix. Strain into chilled coupe.

Garnish with a few drops of grenadine.
