Cucumber Lemongrass
Shake with 6 cubes and pour directly into a glass.
Top with Sprite.
Garnish with a lemongrass stalk and 3 cucumber cuts rotating around the glass.
Cut Approx. 3” of the root end of 9 Lemongrass shoots and dice.
Simmer for 30 minutes with 3 cups of sugar and 3 cups of water.
Add 3 cups of pineapple.
1 part Lemongrass Simple Syrup for every 2 parts Cucumber Juice.
Peel cucumbers before juicing.
