Ingredients
12 oz chopped baking bittersweet chocolate
1 ½ tbsp cold butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup Cody Road bourbon
1 5.3 oz crushed pure butter shortbread cookies
2 cups chopped toasted salted pecans
Directions

Heat the cream until just boiling then add the vanilla and bourbon pour this over the chocolate and let it sit until the chocolate is melted.
Stir the melted chocolate until smooth and add the butter and the cookie crumbs.

Refrigerate until firm and scoop into balls.
Roll the balls in the nuts and chill one hour and serve.
Store in the fridge.
