1 tbsp ginger,
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp nutmeg
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp cardamom
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp tumeric
1 tbsp fenugreek
1 tsp ground cloves
1 ½ cups Cody Road Bourbon
Directions
1
If more than one variety of nuts are used, prepare each separately to allow for differences in cooking times.
2
Combine sugar and spices and mix thoroughly.
3
Add Cody Road Bourbon and mix well.
4
Toss nut meats in sugar mixture to coat.
5
Cover and marinate at least one hour, or overnight.

Spread nuts in thin layer over a large cookie sheet or roasting pan.
8
Bake for 10 to 25 minutes, stir to ensure that nuts do not clump up.

Repeat until nuts rattle and take on a dry look.
10
Remove from heat and stir to assure that nuts are separate and allow to cool.
11
Cover tightly until needed
