Bourbon Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
Wearing plastic gloves wash and slice the jalapenos.
Put the sliced peppers into 4 pint jars that have been sterilized in boiling water.
In a sauce pan boil the other ingredients for 5 minutes then pour over the peppers.
Wipe the rim of the jars and put on a sterilized lid and fasten tight.
Allow the jars to cool and put in a cool dark place like your pantry to pickle for at least at least 2 weeks.
