Bourbon Pecan Fudge

Cody Road Bourbon
Ingredients
½ lb [2 sticks] butter
4 cups sugar [fine]
1 cup whole milk
1 lb chopped pecans soaked in Cody Road Bourbon for 4-5 hours
25 large marshmallows
16 oz Hershey’s Milk Chocolate bars
12 oz Hershey’s Milk Chocolate Chips

Heat the butter sugar and milk until hot add the marshmallows and stir until melted and starting to boil.
Add the chocolate and stir on and off the heat just until melted.
Add the drained pecans.
Watch that you do not over heat or scorch the chocolate.
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 pan and cool.
