Bourbon Balls

Cody Road Bourbon
Ingredients
12 oz vanilla wafers, finely crushed
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
½ cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
2 tbsp light corn syrup
½ cup Cody Road Bourbon
Directions

Combine vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, nuts and cocoa in a large bowl. Stir well. Combine corn syrup and bourbon. Stir well.

Pour bourbon mixture over the wafer mixture.

Stir until blended.

Roll into 1" balls.

Roll the balls in additional powdered sugar.

Store in airtight container.
