123 lbs venison ball rost
High Mountain Venison Rub
Blarney Stone Cocktail

Leave roast whole and tenderize with a Demi tenderizer

Liberally season with High Mountain Venison Rub and place into a zip lock bag.

Inject the roast with about half of the Blarney Stone cocktail and pour the remainder over the roast and close the bag. Let marinate overnight.

Place in a crockpot set on the low setting, cover and cook for 2-3 hours until roast registers medium rare to medium on a meat thermometer.

It is far better when cooked only until medium rare however, it is still tasty at medium.

Remove roast from crockpot when done and use the drippings as the base for your gravy.

Serve with mashed potatoes and gravy.
