Big Peach Liqueur
Ingredients
1 whole Medium Red Onion, Minced
1 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced Very Fine
34 chopped peaches
1 whole Jalapeño, Seeded And Minced
4 tbsp Cilantro, Chopped
Dash of salt
¼ cup Big Peach Liqueur
Juice Of 1 Lime

Chop the peaches into small pieces and throw them into a bowl with all the other ingredients. Stir and add a splash of the Big Peach Liqueur. Taste and add a little more salt and chili powder if needed.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with tortilla chips
