Ingredients
2 oz Rye
¾ oz rose hips cordial (see below)
½ oz house strawberry (see below)
½ oz lime
½ oz egg white

Shake and pour into large rocks. Garnish with 1 strawberry on glass.
House made Strawberry

Puree 16oz frozen strawberries thawed, 6T lemon juice, 1/4c sugar, 1/4c water, 2T vinear, 2T olive oil, 1T Vodka.
Rose hips cordial

1c sugar, 1c water, 4oz rosehips, 1/4tsp ground ginger root, 1T Vodka. Heat to dissolve, remove from heat and let cool.
