Baron Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients
8 oz heavy cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 oz 12 oz. bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup River Baron Artisan Spirit
1 cup vanilla ice cream
Directions

In a heavy saucepan, melt the ice cream, butter, cream, and corn syrup.

Heat until a sheen develops on the top, but do not boil.

Remove from heat and add the vanilla and River Baron Artisan Spirit

Stir the chocolate chips into the mixture and continue to stir until smooth.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
