Chimichurri Brine
Ingredients
5 Garlic Cloves
8 fl oz Red Wine Vinegar
16 fl oz Dry White Wine
8 fl oz Fino Sherry
2 Bunches Cilantro
4 Jalapeno
½ Peeled Lime
3 Tablespoon Salt
Directions
Blend until emulsified.
Strain with mesh strainer and bottle.
