About the Course

Join us at our Downtown Davenport Location this March for a four-week cocktail class series celebrating modern classics and the techniques behind them. Each class highlights one iconic cocktail and the essential skill behind it—from precision and shaking to muddling, dilution, and balance.

March 12 – The Paper Plane: Bitterness Management & Shaking Techniques

March 19 – The Enzoni: Muddling & Controlled Flavor Extraction

March 26 – The Gold Rush: Dilution & the Power of Simplicity

These classes are equal parts history lesson and hands-on experience. You’ll learn where each cocktail came from, why it works, and how small technique choices dramatically impact the final drink. Whether you’re a home bartender looking to sharpen your skills or simply love a great cocktail with a story, this series is designed to deepen your understanding—and appreciation—of what’s in your glass. Each class is stand-alone, so you can attend one or collect all four.
