Stir over ice in a mixing glass & strain over a large Ice Cube.
Garnish with a raspberry on rosemary sprig
Mix 2 Parts Raspberry Jam to 1 part water
(Example: 12 ounces of Jam mixed to 6 ounces of water)
Use pan over medium heat to blend.
Combine 6 cups of frozen Raspberries, 6 cups of sugar & 6 cups of apple cider vinegar
Add 1 Jar of raspberry Jam & 1 jar of water
Add 5 Rosemary Sprigs
Add 15 Quarter sized ginger slices
Cover and chill for 3 days
Mash & Press through filter
Bottle and refrigerate
