Stir with ice.
Strain over a large ice cube.
Garnish with a cherry on a dried lemon.
Scrape vanilla seeds from 2 pods; put seeds and pod in a large glass jar.
Add 4 cups of frozen cherries, 4 cups of sugar & 4 cups of apple cider vinegar.
Cover and chill for 24 hours.
Stir and mash fruit chill for additional 3 days.
Filter and bottle in 375ml bottles.
