Havana Daydream

 1.50 oz River Rose Gin
 0.50 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
 0.75 oz Falernum
 3 oz pineapple juice
 1 barspoon of grenadine

Shake all ingreidnet in a shaker with ice.
Pour with ice into a Collins glass.
Top with a barspoon of grenadine.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaf.

MRDC House Grenadine

1 cup sugar
1 cup pomegranate juice (unsweetened)
1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon
2 drops orange flower water

Heat pomegranante until bubbles begin to form around edges of the pan. Reduce heat and let heat for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Stir in lemon juice and orange flower and let cool.
