Ginger Rosemary Simple Syrup

Ingredients
 4 cups Water
 4 cups Sugar
 10 Rosemary Sprigs ( Roughly 5" each )
 20 Quarter sized fresh Ginger slices

Heat all ingredients ( not Boil ) to dissolve sugar.

Simmer for 20 minutes

Cool and set in the refrigerator overnight to infuse
