 5 Bottles Of River Rose Gin
 45 fl oz Nutmeg Simple Syrup
 23 fl oz Lemon Juice
 5 (2L) Bottles of tonic water
 45 fl oz Concentrated Simple Syrup if Tonic is Diet*
Nutmeg Simple Syrup

6 Cups Water
6 Cups Sugar
4 Teaspoons Nutmeg
Heat all ingredients (not boil) to dissolve sugar.

Filter All Ingredients through a mesh filter into the keg.
