Cocktail
 2 oz River Baron Artisan Spirit
 ¾ oz Thai Chili Simple Syrup (see below)
 ¾ oz Lemon Juice

Mix ingredients in a shaker with ice.

Shake and strain into chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a thai chili

For the Syrup

In a saucepan:
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
8 diced Thai Chilis
1 Tbsp whole black peppercorn
Heat until sugar dissolves
Filter and bottle with one whole Thai chili
Refrigerate
