Spirit: Iowish Cream Liqueur

2oz coffee concentrate (see below)

1oz River Baron Artisan Spirit

1 oz Iowish Cream Liqueur

1 oz. sweetened condensed milk

Oreo cookie crumbles

Mix coffee concentrate and River Baron with ice in a collins glass.

In seperate glass, mix Iowish Cream 1:1 with sweetened condensed milk.

pour 2oz Iowish / condensed mix over ice and do not mix.

garnish with oreo crumbles

10 ounces coarsely ground coffee

40 ounces filtered water

Set up your cold coffee brewer. (This is different than your coffee pot.  You'll need a cold brew maker or a french press)

Slowly pour water over the coffee grounds in a circular motion, distributing the water as evenly as possible.

Once the coffee has finished blooming, give it a quick and gentle stir. Blooming is when the coffee expands and bubbles, releasing carbon dioxide. It can take up to 10 minutes.

Set the coffee aside and let it brew for 16-24 hours.

Once brewing is finished, drain the water and filter out the coffee. (This is the part that is tricky if you don’t have a cold brew coffee maker.)

If you use a French press, use the plunger and carefully pour out the water. Try your best not to agitate the coffee grounds. You will likely want to filter it through a paper filter as well.

Store the concentrate in the refrigerator.
