Spirit: Cody Road Maple Whiskey

Ingredients

1¼ cup  CODY ROAD MAPLE WHISKEY 

2 TBS maple syrup

2 TBS Chili Sauce

½ tsp ground nutmeg

¼ tsp Ground Ginger

1 ½  pounds pork tenderloin, raw

Directions

In shallow, nonmetal casserole dish or plastic bag, mix the MRDC MAPLE WHISKEY, maple syrup, chili sauce, 1/4 cup of water, nutmeg, and ginger. 

Place tenderloin in dish. Cover and refrigerate overnight. 

Preheat grill to medium-high. 

Remove tenderloin from marinade. Discard marinade. Let stand 15 minutes at room temperature. 

Place on grill, cook 6 to 8 minutes per side, until pork is cooked thoroughly (internal temperature reaches 145°F). Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
